I'm not sure how to start a new post, so I'll just add a comment to the last one. We are now officially a narthex of the AJC.
Given that this is the case I think that we need to start the process of deciding on a regular meeting day and location. It will sound rather odd if we have any enquiries and respond with 'Well, we will be having another meeting, but we're not sure where or when.' So, if it's okay with everybody, I'd like to start getting some ideas about when to meet and we can then discuss where. For my part, I'm available at any time on any weekend.
I'm aware that a certain amount of flexibility is needed (although if we want a regular booking in a location we probably can't be too flexible), but I think that some kind of regularity is needed.
Having said all that, please let me know if your thoughts are different from mine.
